Week 4 - Report

The structure of today’s session is to:

1. To reflect on our technical understanding of trimmomatic from yesterday’s practical.
2. Read through what is expected for your bioinformatics report.
   • Quick 5 minute presentation on “Explaining your Science Story”
3. Understanding what has been trimmed or removed from your original fastq files.
4. Extension task using the end of Week 3:
   • Run multiqc to combine all the file QC into one html file
   • Rerun fastqc on your new trimmed files
