From the Garvan Intranet Consent Instruction

Before we grant you access, we want to make sure you understand some of the important policies and basic usage of the system. Can you please:

• Visit https://intranet.gimr.garvan.org.au/x/9SleAw. Follow the instruction to subscribe to HPC Mailing List. Please confirm you have done so in your reply.
• Visit https://intranet.gimr.garvan.org.au/x/9CleAw. Copy the first two policies in red box in your reply and acknowledge that you are fully aware of these.
• Visit https://intranet.gimr.garvan.org.au/x/1yleAw. Copy the content of the 3rd red box in your reply and acknowledge that you know where the SGE basic user guide is. Please reply with the required contents so we can process your access request.

Follow the steps carefully:

• read and follow the consent instruction above
• email your consent to IT HELPS ithelp@garvan.org.au
• provide the name of you direct supervisor/team leader
• provide the name of your HPC mentor ((warning) please try to find a senior HPC user in your team)
• include Garvan ID in the subject, for example: “Request HPC Access YOU_NAME GARVAN_ID (e.g. derlin)”
